Cold Brew Coffee
Built for the bucket. Perfect for the glass.
Cold brew isn't just regular coffee poured over ice — it's a completely different extraction process that produces something smoother, sweeter, and lower acid than anything you'd get from a hot brew.
This blend was designed specifically for it. Chocolate, toffee, and floral tones that cold extraction pulls out clean, without the bitterness that heat introduces. Works equally well for nitro if you're set up for it.
At the café level we're running 5 pounds to a 10 gallon bucket. At home, coarse grind and steep in cold water for 18-24 hours in the fridge. The ratio is simple — 1 cup of coffee to 4 cups of water. Strain, refrigerate, and drink over the next two weeks.
It's the easiest coffee you'll ever make and the one your guests will ask about every time.
