Colombia Medium Roast is the middle ground done right. Bright enough to be interesting, smooth enough to never be difficult. Dried orange, berry, and chocolate come together in a cup that works for the morning rush and the slow Sunday pour alike.

Grown by smallholder farmers in Medellín at 1,300–1,500 meters on volcanic loam soil, fully washed and solar dried. Clean, balanced, consistent.
